3 Step: Carrot and Orange Summer Cooler!


A health drink for the calorie counters!

Preparation time: a few minutes Serves: 1 large glass.

Ingredients:

  • 2 tomatoes

  • 1 carrot

  • 1 orange

  • 3 drops saccharine or 2 pills of saccharine

  • A few drops of lemon juice

  • 2 pinches salt

  • crushed ice for serving

Preparation:

1. Cut the tomatoes and carrots into big pieces.

2. Add the orange segments and 2 teacups of water.

3. Blend with the remaining ingredients in a liquidizer and strain.

4. Serve immediately with lots of crushed ice.
