Paneer Burji Recipe
Ingredients
1 Finely Chopped Tomato
1 Finely Chopped Onion
1 Finely Green Chili
Fresh Finely Chopped Coriander leaves
1 Cup crumbled Cottage Cheese (Paneer)
1 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste (Optional)
1/2 Tsp Garam Masala (Optional)
1/2 Tsp Chili Powder
1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder
1/2- 1 Tsp Cumin
2 Tbsp Cooking Oil
Salt
Method -
In a preheated pan, add oil and saute cumin seeds until brown(do not burn them).
Now, add onion,green chili and saute them till onion turns golden brown.
Additionally, add tomatoes saute them until soft and mushy.(can add dash of water if required)
Further add the spices chili powder,salt and turmeric and cook them for 2-3 mins.
Now, add the crumbled paneer and gently mix without mashing the paneer in a low to medium flame for 3-4 mins until paneer gets cooked.
Finally, add chopped coriander leaves and serve the burji hot with chapati or bread.

You can add veggies of your choice to make it healthier.
Can add Pavbhaji Masala for extra flavor.
Do not over cook the paneer, as it would taste chewy.
