This recipe makes 12 pieces.
Ingredients
1 pizza base
4 tbsp olive oil mixed with ½ tsp each of red chili flakes and oregano and 2 pinches salt
TOPPINGS
4 tbsp finely chopped onions
4 tbsp finely chopped capsicum
4 tbsp finely chopped deseeded tomato (cut 1tomato-cut into 4 pieces and remove pulp)
½ cup grated cheddar cheese or cheese of your choice
½ tsp chili flakes ½ tsp oregano
½ tsp salt and pepper
Method -
1. Cut the pizza base into 12 wedges.
2. Cut each piece carefully from the pointed end till the end, dividing each piece into two thin pieces.
3. Mix olive oil with salt, red chili flakes and oregano. Brush each piece on both sides with olive oil.
4. Mix all topping ingredients lightly with a fork.
5. On each piece, sprinkle 1 tbsp of topping vegetables with cheese on it.
6. To serve, place pizza crackers on a rack and bake at 210°C for 5-6 minutes till the edges turn crisp and golden.
7. Arrange crackers on a platter and serve hot.
